  • 2 medium beets, peeled (or 1 large)
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) coriander
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lime juice

Beet Salad Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, boil the beets for 5 minutes. (They will still be quite firm).
  2. Grate or shred the beets.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the shredded beets with the remaining ingredients.
