If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may bring your products, accompanied by a receipt dated less than fourteen days from the purchase date, to any of our locations for a refund or exchange. Products in resalable will be refunded in the manner in which they were purchased. Non-resalable items in acceptable conditions may be exchanged for merchandise valued at the same price. Patel Brothers reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
Online Customer Service Policy
All claims must be made to our customer service department within five (5) days of delivery. Patelbros.com may request that the damaged items received be returned to us. Please keep the products and packing for this reason. If the items are not available, Patelbros.com will not be able to reship those damaged items.
To request a return, contact our Customer Satisfaction Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the following information in your email: customer name, order number, serial (SKU) number of product in question, and the nature of the problem.

On the Shipping & Returns portion of our site, we have a sentence that is written as such:
“Your order will arrive via UPS-Ground service. We ship to all 50 United States. Please note we pack orders approximately up to a maximum weight of 50 lbs. per box.”
We need to remove the “we ship to all 50 states” and rewrite this portion as such:
Your order will arrive via UPS-Ground service. We only ship within the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not take international orders at this time. We also do not ship to PO Box Addresses or Military Addresses. Please note we pack orders approximately up to a maximum weight of 60 lbs. per box.
