Where can I buy Patel Brothers Gift Cards?

Gift Cards are available for purchase at the checkout counters of all participating Patel Brothers stores. Ask a cashier to load any amount between $5 and $500.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

Gift Cards are redeemable in-store only at participating Patel Brothers grocery locations in the U.S.

They cannot be used for purchases made online or through third-party delivery apps.

Do PB Brands Gift Cards expire?

No. PB Brands Gift Cards do not expire, and we do not charge any fees for inactivity, in accordance with federal and state law.

What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Treat your Gift Card like cash.

Patel Brothers is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Gift Cards and cannot replace them. If you have your original receipt or proof of purchase, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance — replacements are not guaranteed.

Can I check my balance?

Yes! You can check your balance by calling the number on the back of the Gift card. 1-888-892-3813 or visit www.carapace.net You can also check balances at Participating Patel Brothers locations by asking a cashier to scan your card.

Can I return or refund a Gift Card?

Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Can I reload or transfer a Gift Card?

At this time, Patel Brothers Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another card. Gift cards can be reloaded with a new purchased amount at any participating Patel Brothers location.

Who processes Patel Brothers Gift Cards?

Our Gift Card program is securely processed through Worldpay, our national payment processor.

What is Patel Brothers Curbside?

Patel Brothers Curbside allows customers to order groceries online and pickup at a designated store location.

Are all Patel Brothers stores getting Curbside?

Patel Brothers Curbside is currently only present at a handful of pilot locations.

Will the prices for Patel Brothers Curbside be the same as in-store?

The in-store price of a particular item at the time a purchase is made, including for weighted items, may differ from what is available through the online platform. Additional fees apply to online orders.

Are there any additional fees associated with the Curbside program?

A small pickup fee will be applied to each order to offset the costs of Curbside shopping.

How will customers place an order?

Customers will visit shopnaperville.patelbros.com. They will then either log in with their email address and password or create an account if they are a first time user. At checkout, customers can select a pickup time from their selected store.

Will customers pick their groceries up in store, or will Curbside employees deliver a customer’s order to their vehicle?

Curbside employees will deliver orders to customers’ vehicles.

What is the Substitution Policy?

A. SUBSTITUTION POLICY

patelbros.com and its subdomains implements a substitution policy for online orders to ensure that you as a customer can receive the items you need, even if it’s not the exact brand or quantity initially requested.

During the checkout process, we have added a new step: “Choose Replacement Products”. At this point in the checkout process, the system will list the items that are most common for a possible replacement, and we ask that you choose a backup product for each of those items. That way, if your initial choice is out of stock, our shoppers know exactly what you would like included in your order as a replacement. You may choose no replacement and the item will be removed and not charged. Orders marked by customer for best match for replacement will allow Patel Brothers to replace or refund items at their discretion.

What happens if I don’t pick up my Drive Up or Order Pickup order?

Due to highly Perishable items, All orders must be picked up by the end of the business day of their pick up day. All orders that are abandoned by the end of the business day will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the final total. The remaining balance will be refunded back to the credit card used. All refunds may take 7-10 business days to process and post to accounts.
