Ingredients
½ Cup - Oil
2 Qty. Onion (Chopped)
3 Qty. Potato (Chopped)
2 Qty. Tomato (Chopped)
½ LB Beans
5-7 Qty. Green Chilies
2 Tsp Coriander
1 Tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp. Cumin Seeds

Instructions
Making Vegetable Balls
1) Heat oil in a pan, add onions and brown them slightly.
2) Add in potatoes, and fry them for 3-5 minutes
3) Add in tomatoes, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the tomatoes become soft.
4) After tomatoes are cooked, add in ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
5) Add in red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and cumin seeds.
6) Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7) Add in the beans, cover the lid, turn the heat to low, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
8) After the beans and potatoes turn soft, add in green chilies, and coriander and mix well.
9) Turn off the heat, dish it out and serve it up!
