Veggie Skewers

Ingredients
⅓ cup reduced fat yogurt
1 tbsp ginger & garlic (homemade paste)
1 tbsp raw mango (grated)
1 tbsp methi leaves
1 tbsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
¾ tsp salt
½ tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 Green bell pepper (medium)
1 Red bell pepper (medium)
2 Eggplant (small)
1 Onion (small)
12 Pineapple cubes
2 pcs Zucchini (sliced)
Pam oil

Instructions
1) In a bowl, add yogurt, ginger & garlic, raw mango, methi leaves, carom seeds, salt, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
2) In the same mixture add all the vegetables & fruits.
3) Let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
4) Spray pam oil over skewers.
5) Add the marinated veggies into a skewers.
6) Heat gas grill to 350 degrees.
7) Spray olive oil evenly over the grill surface.
8) Place the skewers over the grill and flip each skewer every 5 minutes.
9) Grill for a total of 15 minutes.
10) Veggie Skewers are now ready to serve.
