Ingredients

4 teaspoons oil

1 medium sized Onion (chopped)

Pinch of Hing

½ teaspoon Cumin seeds

6 Dried Whole Red Chilies

4 Garlic cloves (chopped)

½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder

½ teaspoon Coriander Powder

½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Water as needed

3 medium sized chopped Potatoes

4 cups Spinach (chopped)

½ teaspoon Kasuri Methi

1 quantity Green Chilli

Salt as needed

Instructions

1) In a heated oil pan, add onions and cook until it's translucent.

2) Add hing, cumin seeds, red chili buttons, chopped garlic cloves and saute on medium flame for about 3 to 4 minutes.

3) Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and saute for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add water as needed.

4) Add potatoes and stir well. Add water as needed.

5) Cook the potatoes on low flame for about 10 to 12 minutes.

6) Once the potatoes are cooked, add chopped spinach and stir well.

7) On medium flame, cook the spinach for about 4 to 5 minutes.

8) Sprinkle kasuri methi and add green chili before serving.
