Aloo Tikki (Potato Patties)

Ingredients
4 boiled potatoes (medium sized)
½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
½ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Chaat masala
½ tsp Garam masala
½ tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Cumin powder
1-2 finely chopped green chillies
Handful of Cilantro (finely chopped)
3 tsp Rice flour
½ cup Bread crumbs
Swad Peanut Oil for frying

Instructions
1) Mash boiled and peeled potatoes.
2) Add salt, chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies, cilantro, rice flour and bread crumbs. Mix well.
3) Divide the potato mixture into equal parts and make patties.
4) Heat oil in a large pan and fry the patties a few minutes on each side until golden.
5) Transfer the Aloo Tikki to a plate. Serve with mint chutney. Enjoy!
