How To Make Crispy Masala Corn:

1) Begin by draining and drying the corn (either canned or fresh cut corn).

2) In a bowl add 2 cups of corn, 1 Tbsp rice flour, and 2 Tbsp corn flour. Toss everything together until all the pieces of corn are well coated.

3) Next, heat up your oil for frying in a wok.

4) In batches, add the corn kernels to the oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

5) Remove the corn from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

6) In a serving dish, add the crispy fried corn along with 1/4 tsp sprinkle of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp sprinkle of chaat masala, and salt to taste.

7) Garnish with cilantro and lemon or lime juice.
