Ingredients
- Boneless chicken (cut into small cubes) - 2 lbs.
- Onions (cut into small pieces) - 2 medium size
- Red Bell Pepper (cut into small pieces) - 1/2 medium size
- Cilantro - Handful
- Green Chilies - 3-4
- Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbs
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tbs
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red crushed Pepper flakes - 1 tsp
- Chicken Powder (optional) - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
- Ghee or Butter - 1 tbs
- Fresh Cream - 3 Tbs

Instructions
1) In a food processor, add onion, red bell pepper, cilantro and green chilies and chop till vegetables are blended well.
2) Take out the paste into a kitchen towel. Squeeze out all the water. Keep it aside.
3) In a food processor add chicken pieces and chop till turns into a smooth paste like consistency.
Pro-Tip: Use a mixture of chicken breast and thigh meat to make it more juicy!
Pro-Tip: Ground chicken can also be used instead of boneless chicken.
4) Take out the chicken into a medium size mixing bowl.
5) Add lemon juice, ginger/garlic paste, onion paste, all powder species and fresh cream, mix well.
Pro Tip: You can also add cashew paste instead of cream if you prefer!
Pro Tip: Below step is optional.
6) Take one small piece of charcoal and burn it on the stove. Place a small bowl or foil in the middle of the chicken mixture and put the coal and drizzle some oil, cover it for 5 min.
7) Marinate the mixture for about an hour or so.
8) Take a sheet pan, brush some oil and spread the chicken mixture evenly. Brush some oil on the top as well.
9) Make some vertical cuts so kebabs can come out easily after cooking.
Pro Tip: This will help kebabs to come out easily after cooking.
10) Preheat the oven to 350 F.
11) Place the pan in the oven and bake it for 25-30 min. To give a nice brown color on the top, set the oven to broil setting and broil it for 5-7 min.
