Heart Healthy Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbsp chilli powder
½ tbsp garam masala
½ tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
⅓ cup low fat yogurt
½ lemon
1 ½ pcs ginger
8 garlic pods (peeled & cut in half)
10 pcs chicken drumsticks

Instructions
1) In a blender, add chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, yogurt, squeezed lemon, ginger, and garlic pods. Blend well.
2) Put the mixture aside for later use.
3) Make incisions on chicken drumsticks and mix well with the blended mixture.
4) Marinate the chicken for 6-8 hours.
5) Spray pam oil evenly over the grill surface.
6) Heat gas grill to 350 degrees.
7) Cook the chicken drumsticks over the heated grill.
8) Flip them after 10 minutes.
9) Then again, flip after 10 minutes.
10) Grill them for a total of 30 minutes.
11) Tandoori Chicken is now ready to serve.
