Ingredients
4 cups milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup sugar
1 cup Falooda Sev (vermicelli) (boil per the packet instructions)
Water as needed
1 tbsp basil seeds (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
1 tbsp Jelly
3 tbsp Rooh Afza
1 scoop pistachio ice cream
Mixed nuts for garnishing

Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MILK MIXTURE:
1) In a heated pot, add milk and heavy whipping cream and let it come to a boil.
2) Add sugar and stir well until the milk thickens. Let it cool.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Pour roof afza at the bottom of the glass.
2) Add basil seeds, falooda sev, red and green jelly and milk mixture.
3) Add a scoop of ice cream on top.
4) Drizzle with rooh afza and garnish with mixed nuts.
5) Falooda is ready.
