Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup

Yogurt - 1 cup

Milk Powder - 2 tsp

Saffron - pinch (optional)

Instructions

1) In a blender, add 1 cup chopped mango and 1/4 cup condensed milk. Blend until smooth - about 1 minute.

2) Next, add 1 cup yogurt, 2 tsp milk powder and a pinch of saffron (optional).

PRO TIP: Feel free to add more condensed milk or sugar if you like it sweeter!

3) Blend everything together until it is smooth - about 1 minute.

4) Pour the mango lassi into popsicle molds.

5) Insert sticks and freeze overnight.

6) Once frozen, remove from popsicle mold and enjoy on a hot summer day.
