  • Fresh Mango - 1 1/2 cups (diced, & divided) 
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup 
  • Milk - 1 cup 
  • Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 cups (divided) 
  • Maraschino Cherry - garnish 
  • Rooh Afza Syrup - garnish  
  • Pistachios - garnish

Instructions

1) In a blender, add 1 cup of diced fresh Indian mangoes along with ¼ cup sugar and 1 cup milk. Blend everything together.

2) Next, add 1 scoop (about 1/2 cup) of ice cream, and blend well again and set aside.

3) In a glass, drizzle some of the rooh afza syrup around the sides of the glass. Add 1 Tbsp of fresh diced mango and 1 scoop of ice cream to the bottom of the glass.

4) Add some of the blended mango milkshake, and then another scoop of ice cream on top.

5) Finally, garnish with more fresh mango, chopped pistachios and a cherry.
