Cashews - 1 cup

Oil - 2 Tbsp

Chili Powder - 1 tsp

Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp

Amchur (Dry Mango) Powder - 1 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Sugar - 1 Tbsp

Instructions

1) Start by dry roasting 1 cup of cashews and 1 cup of almonds in a pan over medium heat.

PRO TIP: Feel free to use any nuts you prefer!

2) Roast on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until just slightly golden brown, then remove from heat and set aside.

3) Next, in a pan add oil along with 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, and 1 tsp amchur (dry mango) powder.

PRO TIP: Feel free to add more chili powder if you like a little more kick!

4) Mix, then add in ½ tsp salt and 1 Tbsp sugar.

5) Give everything one more mix and add in the roasted nuts.

6) Roast the nuts and spices all together for another 2-3 minutes than remove from heat.

7) Serve in your favorite dish or package them up to share with friends and family this holiday season.
