Paneer Bread Pakodas
Ingredients
Paneer - 250g
Bread - 10 Slices
Tandoori Masala - 2 Tbsp
All-Purpose Flour - 2 Tbsp
Water - ½ Cup
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Frying

Instructions
1) Cut Paneer into 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch thick cubes.
2) Coat paneer cubes with tandoori masala and salt.
3) Roll bread slices to flatten them a bit.
4) Then cut bread into a circular shape.
5) Take the coated Paneer cubes and place them over the bread.
6) Apply flour and water mixture to the edges of the bread. Place another circular rolled bread on it and press to seal it.
7) Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them until golden brown.
8) Take them out, keep them aside for 2 minutes to let the oil drain out of the bread.
9) Serve it up!
