Roti

Ingredients:

2 cups Swad Sharbati Gold Atta
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
Salt (as needed)
Water (as needed)

Instructions:

1) In a medium sized bowl, add Swad sharbati gold atta, cooking oil, a pinch of salt.

2) Add water as you mix the atta.

3) Add more water if needed.

4) Knead and beat the dough until it becomes smooth.

5) Let it sit for 10 minutes.

6) Preheat flat frying pan/tava on med-high heat.

7) Divide dough into small balls.

8) Place the dough ball on the board

9) Use a rolling pin to spread the dough ball into a circular shape.

10) Place the roti on the tava.

11) Cook for 1 minute and turn it over to cook the other side.

12) Remove the tava and cook the roti over the stove.

13) Cook on the stove for a quick 10-15 seconds on each side.

14) Roti is now ready to serve.
