2 Qty. Medium Potato (peeled and cubed)

2 Qty. Medium Capsicum / Green Bell Pepper (deseed and sliced)

6 Qty. Green Chillies

2 Qty. Small Onion (finely chopped)

3 Qty. Medium Tomato (finely chopped)

1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes

1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

½ Tsp Turmeric Powder

1 Tsp Coriander Powder

2 Tsp Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)

½ cup Oil

Salt (To Taste)

Instructions

1) In a pan, heat some oil. Add onion and cook until translucent.

2) Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

3) Add tomatoes and cook until soft or 3-4 minutes.

4) Add red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

5) Add capsicum, green chilies. Cover and cook on low heat until soft.

6) Add coriander on top as garnish.

7) Serve it up!
