  • Limca - 1/2 cup (or any lemon-lime soda, chilled)
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp.
  • Lychees - 5-6 qty (canned or fresh, pitted)
  • Blueberries - 5-6 qty
  • Ice Cubes - optional

Instructions

1) Begin by making the eyeballs for the punch.

2) To do this, gently fill one blueberry into the center of each lychee to resemble an eyeball.

3) Set these aside.

PRO TIP: You can also chill or freeze them for extra effect.

4) To make the punch add 1/3 cup chilled pomegranate juice, 1/4 cup chilled pineapple juice, and 1 tbsp lemon juice to a large glass or pitcher

5) Give everything a good stir.

6) Optionally you can add a few ice cubes to your serving glass.

7) Pour some of the mixed juice in.

8) Add limca to the glass while leaving enough room for a few stuffed lychees.

9) Drop the lychee eyeballs into your glass.
