Bhindi Masala

Ingredients
¼ cup oil
2 onions (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
¼ tbsp cumin seeds
¼ tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
5 cup Bhindi/Okra (chopped)
A popular vegan and gluten free North Indian recipe made with stir fried okra & spices. Serve this Punjabi dish with Rice, Roti, Naan Bread or Lentils.
Instructions
1) In a frying pan, add oil, onions, tomatoes. chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.
2) Stir well on low heat.
3) Add Bhindi in the pan and stir well.
4) Place the lid on the pan for 15 minutes on medium heat.
5) Remove the lid and stir on low heat.
6) Delicious Bhindi Masala is ready to serve.
