Instructions

How to Make A Grilled Bombay Sandwich:

1) Thinly slice the boiled potatoes, boiled beets, onions, cucumber bell peppers and tomatoes. Set aside for assembling the sandwich.

2) Spread softened butter onto two large white bread slices.

3) Spread SWAD Bombay Sandwich Chutney on both slices on top of the butter.

4) Layer the sliced potato, tomato, and green bell pepper.

5) Sprinkle sandwich masala on the layered veggies.

6) Add a slice of amul or cheddar cheese (optional).

7) Layer the sliced cucumber, onion, and beets.

8) Sprinkle sandwich masala on the layered veggies.

9) Add another slice of amul or cheddar cheese (optional).

PRO TIP: Mix it up! Add whatever sliced veggies or cheese you like the most.

10) Add the 2nd slice of bread on top (chutney side down).

11) On a grill press or pan on low heat, add butter followed by the Bombay sandwich.
