Boneless Karahi Chicken

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless chicken

1 cup oil

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp red chili crushed

2 tsp of coriander powder

1 tsp of red chili powder

2 tsp of cumin seeds

½ tsp of black pepper

3 tbsp of garlic paste

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 medium sized chopped onions

4 tomatoes (grinded)

3 green peppers

1 tsp kasoori Methi

Large pinch salt

3 medium size chopped banana peppers

Cilantro for garnishing

This traditional Boneless Chicken Karahi recipe is sure to become an absolute favorite. Tenderized chicken with the aroma of spices in the air is perfect for taste buds.

Instructions

1) In a bowl, add chicken, coriander powder, red chili powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper powder, cumin seeds salt, garlic paste, butter, lemon juice and mix well. Set this aside.

2) In a heated wok, add oil.

3) Add onions and fry until golden brown.

4) Add the chicken mixture and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.

5) Add grinded tomatoes and green peppers and cook for 8 minutes minutes.

6) Add kasoori methi, salt and banana peppers and cook on low heat for 8 minutes.

7) Add the karahi chicken to a bowl and garnish with cilantro before serving.

8) Karahi Chicken is now ready to serve.

**Note, this recipe was made on an electric stove, times may vary on gas stove.
