Ingredients

2 pounds Chicken keema (minced)

½ onion (chopped)

2 tbsp garam masala

3 green chilies (diced)

2 tbsp coriander powder

4 tbsp gram flour

½ cup coriander leaves

2 tsp salt

2 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 ½ tsp chili flakes

1 ½ tomatoes (chopped)

2 ½ tsp butter (Vegan option: Coconut Oil)

1 egg

1 ½ tbsp anardana powder

2 tbsp whole spices powder

3 tbsp oil

Widely popular in India and Pakistan, this chapli kabab recipe combines minced chicken, anardana powder, and whole spices to create a delicious meal.

Instructions

1) In a bowl, place minced chicken

2) Add onion, garam masala, green chilies, coriander powder, gram flour, coriander leaves, salt, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes, tomatoes, butter and mix well.

3) In the same bowl, add egg, anardana powder, whole spices powder and mix well.

4) Marinate the mixture for 20 minutes.

5) Heat up frying pan on medium flame and add oil.

6) Make patties with the mixture.

7) Place a slice of tomato over each patty.

8) Fry each side for 4 - 5 minutes.

9) Avoid turning in between.

10) Chicken Chapli Kabab is now ready to serve.
