- Garlic Cloves - 8-10 cloves
- Rice - cooked 2 cups
- Green Onion - 5 stalks
- Green Bell Pepper - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Red Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Peas - 3/4 cup
- Corn - 1/4 cup
- White Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
- SWAD Chili Garlic Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 Tbsp

Instructions
How to Make Chili Garlic Fried Rice:
1) Make a paste by blending 4-5 soaked red chilies with 4-5 garlic cloves. Set aside.
2) In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 3–4 chopped garlic cloves and sauté until they turn light golden brown.
3) Add the white parts of the green onions and continue sautéing until golden brown.
4) Add 1/2 cup green bell pepper, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 3/4 cup peas, and 1/4 cup corn. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
PRO TIP: Feel free to add any vegetables of your choice.
5) Add the chili-garlic paste prepared earlier. Mix well to combine.
6) Add 2 cups of cooked rice and stir everything together until evenly mixed.
7) Add 1 tsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, SWAD 1 1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce, and 1/2 tsp white pepper powder. Mix well to coat the rice.
8) Add the green parts of the green onions and give it a final stir.
9) Serve hot and enjoy!
