Cooked Carrots (Gajar Ki Sabzi)

Ingredients
5 cups water
9 Carrots (chopped)
4 tbsp oil
4 bulbs of green onions (chopped)
2 tbsp chili powder
1.5 tbsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable curry masala
Kasoori Methi (garnish)
Yogurt (garnish)
Made with kasoori methi and vegetable curry masala, this cooked carrots recipe is a great vegetarian option to add to your lunch or dinner menu.
Instructions
1) Boil water
2) Once it's boiled, add carrots.
3) Boil for 15 mins or until the carrots are tender.
4) Strain the water from the carrots and set it aside.
5) In a pan, add oil.
6) Stir fry green onion for 5 mins.
7) Add boiled carrots.
8) Mix and mash carrots with green onions.
9) Add chili powder, salt, vegetable curry masala and mix well.
10) Garnish with kasoori methi and yogurt.
11) Carrots are now ready to serve.
