Mattar Paneer

Ingredients
2 tbsp Swad oil
10 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger chopped
2 onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
Swad salt as needed
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Swad cumin seeds
1 tsp Swad red chilli powder
1 tsp Swad turmeric powder
1tsp Swad cumin powder
1 tsp Swad coriander powder
1 cup water
½ cup yogurt
150 gm Swad frozen peas
200 gm Swad paneer
Swad salt as needed
Swad garam masala as desired
Coriander leaves for garnish
Add the tomatoes and salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool. In a blender, blend the mixture. In a heated pan, add butter and cumin seeds. Add red chili powder and turmeric powder and stir well. Add the blended paste into the pan and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.
Instructions
1) In a heated oil pan, add garlic gloves, ginger, onions and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
2) Add the tomatoes and salt and mix well.
3) Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
4) Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
5) In a blender, blend the mixture.
6) In a heated pan, add butter and cumin seeds.
7) Add red chili powder and turmeric powder and stir well.
8) Add the blended paste into the pan and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.
9) Add cumin and coriander powder and mix well.
10) Add ½ cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.
11) Stir well
12) Turn the heat to low flame, add yogurt and mix well.
13) Turn the heat to medium flame, add frozen peas and cook for 4 minutes.
14) Add paneer and salt
15) Mix well.
16) Add ½ cup of water and garam masala.
17) Mix well.
18) Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
19) Garnish with coriander leaves
20) Mattar Paneer is now ready to serve.
