Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Farali Flour - 1/2 cup
Rock Salt - to taste
Peanut Oil - for frying

Instructions
How to Make Navratri Vrat Aloo Pakoras:
1) Grate/shred 2 medium potatoes into a bowl.
2) Add in 1/2 cup farali flour to a mixing bowl, rock salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, and 2-3 chopped green chilies.
3) Gradually add 1/2-3/4 cup water and mix everything together. The mixture should be a thick batter and not watery.
4) In a frying pan on medium heat add enough oil to fry the pakoras.
5) Add about 1 Tbsp. of batter at a time and fry for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
6) Remove and drain the pakoras on a paper towel.
7) Plate and serve to family and friends!
