Oven Baked Chicken Tikka Boti
Ingredients
6 Pre-Cut boneless Chicken Pieces (mix leg quart and breast pieces)
1 large ziplock bag
¼ cup oil (for the mixture) and ¼ cup oil for (baking)
¼ cup of yogurt
2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kashimiri red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp citric acid
Salt as needed
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups water
Lime wedge garnish
Cilantro garnish

Instructions
1) In a bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, citric acid, salt, oil and lemon juice.
2) Add mixture to a large ziplock bag and add chicken. Mix well.
3) Let it marinate for 2 or more hours in the refrigerator.
4) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Skewer the marinated chicken and arrange on a baking tray with ¼ cup oil. Place tray on top rack.
5) Add 2 cups water in baking dish on the bottom oven rack.
6) Cook the chicken for about 40 minutes. Turn chicken and cook for 10 more minutes.
7) Serve the Chicken Tikka Boti with cilantro, lime wedge, and roti.
