Instructions
How To Make Pakora Waffles:
- In a large bowl, combine 1 cup besan, 1/2 cup sooji, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 chopped medium onion, 1/4 cup cilantro, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
- Slowly add about a 1/2 cup of water until you reach the desired consistency.
- Once the batter is ready, set it aside and start heating up your waffle iron.
- When the waffle iron is hot, spray it with a little bit of non-stick cooking spray or oil and add about 1/2 cup of batter.
- Close the waffle iron and wait until the pakora waffle is cooked through with crispy edges.
- Once cooked, remove and serve with your favorite chutney, like SWAD Chili Garlic Sauce.
