Ingredients
- Yogurt (thickened or greek) - 2/3 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Mustard Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
- Cilantro - 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- Mint - 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- Paneer - 2 cups (cubed)
- Onion - 1 large (cubed)
- Red Bell Pepper - 1 large (cubed)
- Green Bell Pepper - 1 large (cubed)

Instructions
How To Make Paneer Tikka Kebabs:
1) In a bowl, whisk 2/3 cup of yogurt until smooth.
2) Add all of the ingredients for the marinade to the yogurt - 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 Tbsp mustard oil, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 1/2 tsp salt.
3) Mix well to combine everything together. Add in the juice of 1 lemon (2 Tbsp) along with 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro and 2 Tbsp mint. Mix again.
4) Stir in 2 cups of cubed paneer, 1 large cubed onion and 2 cubed bell peppers.
5) Mix until all of the paneer and veggies are well coated with the marinade.
6) Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 - 4 hours.
7) After marinating, take a skewer and arrange the paneer, onion and peppers on it, alternating with each other.
8) On a grill pan or grill, brush lightly with some oil and place skewers down.
9) Cook for about 5-7 minutes on both sides and remove from heat.
10) Serve with cilantro chutney and your favorite summer sides. Enjoy!
