Spicy Chicken Tikka Wrap

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs - 3LB
Tikka Masala - 3 Tbsp.
Yogurt - 1 Cup
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp.
Salt - 1 Tsp.
Cooking oil - ¼ Cup
Roti Wraps - 10 (Or as per quantity)
Secret sauce - To Taste
Mixed Cheese - To Taste
Lettuce - 1 Qty.
Red Cabbage - 1 Qty.
Medium Onion - 1 Qty.
Cucumber - 2 Qty.
Hidden Valley Secret Sauce - To Taste
Whip up this scrumptious delight at a get-together with friends and have people craving for more! Spicy Chicken Tikka Wraps are perfect for any and all occasions.
Instructions
1) Add in yogurt, chili powder, tikka masala, salt in a bowl and mix well.
2) Add in the boneless chicken and mix well to coat the chicken.
3) Leave the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes. (PRO TIP: Marinate overnight for an even more flavorful chicken)
4) Add oil in a pan and heat it to medium heat.
5) Add chicken, stir well, and cook on medium heat until fully cooked.
6) Reduce the mixture until all the liquid has been absorbed.
7) Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
8) On a roti/tortilla wrap, spread the Secret Sauce evenly on the surface, layer the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, sliced onions, sliced red cabbage, sliced lettuce and sliced cucumber.
9) Drizzle some Secret Sauce on the top and wrap it up.
10) Add butter in a pan, spread to evenly distribute and place the wrap in the middle of the pan.
11) Bake the wrap on all sides until golden brown
12) Serve it up!
