Spicy Masala Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
For 1 servings
½ Qty. Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
2 Qty. Large Carrots (finely chopped)
½ Cup Corn
½ Cup Oats
½ Cup Edamame
¼ Tsp Mustard Seed
½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Garam Masala
½ Tsp Ginger
2 Cloves. Garlic
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Spicy and flavorful veggie patties in this burger make for a good hearty meal! Enjoy the patties in a burger with condiments of your choice, put them in a wrap or in a salad.
Instructions
1) Take 2 red potatoes and 2 large carrots and finely chop them
2) Saute them in oil for a few minutes.
3) Add corn, edamame, bell peppers, and continue to cook until the potatoes are soft.
4) In a food processor, grind the oats until they are a fine grain powder.
5) Add the cooked vegetables, olive oil, all spices and blend.
6) Take the mixture and form them into patties.
7) These can be fried, baked, grilled or even frozen for later.
8) Serve them up with toppings / condiments of your choice!
