Ingredients

6 Qty. Potatoes

1-2 Tbsp Oil

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds

½ Tsp Red Chili Flakes

½ Tsp Red Chili Powder

½ Tsp Chaat Masala

½ Tsp Ground Cumin

1 Tsp Coriander Powder

¼ TsP Turmeric Powder

½ Tsp Ginger Powder

1 Tsp Corn Flour

Salt (To Taste)

2 Tbsp Ketchup

Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) - Garnish

Fried Green Chillies (Chopped) - Garnish

1 Tsp Corn Flour

Salt (To Taste)

2 Tbsp Ketchup

Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) - Garnish

Fried Green Chillies (Chopped) - Garnish

Instructions

1) Add uncooked potatoes in a bowl and add lemon juice, red chili flakes, red chili powder, chaat masala, ground cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger powder, salt, cornflour, cumin seeds, and ketchup.

2) Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

3) In a pan, heat some oil. Place the marinated potatoes on the pan and cook on both sides on medium-low heat until golden brown.

4) Garnish with fried chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.

5) Serve it up!
