Ingredients

Tandoori Wings

Chicken Wings - 2 lbs

Yogurt - 1/3 cup

Tandoori Masala - 2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

Kashmiri Chili powder - 2 tsp

Graham Masala - 1 tsp

Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp.

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 Tbps.

Salt - 1 tsp

Garlic Butter Sauce

Butter - 4 Tbsp.

Cilantro - 3 Tbsp.

Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)

Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp

Raita Dipping Sauce

Sour Cream - 2 Tbsp.

Yogurt - 2 Tbsp.

SWAD Green Chili Chutney - 2 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Our Indian style hot wings are marinated with tandoori masala, yogurt and spices, baked to perfection, tossed in a garlic butter glaze, and dipped in a creamy green chili raita. Instructions

How to make Tandoori Wings:

1) In a mixing bowl add 1/3 cup yogurt, 2 tsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 Tbsp. gram flour and 1 tsp salt. Mix thoroughly.

2) Add in 2 lbs. of chicken wings to the marinade.

3) Mix evenly and marinate for at least 2 hours.

PRO TIP: For the most flavor, marinate overnight.

4) Preheat oven to 350 F.

5) Place marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet for 20-25 mins until fully cooked.

6) While the wings are cooking, prepare your garlic butter sauce.

How to make Garlic Butter Sauce:

1) In a saucepan pan add 4 Tbsp. butter.

2) Once the butter is melted, add 2 cloves minced garlic, 3 Tbps. chopped cilantro, and 1/2 tsp chaat masala.

3) Cook for 2-3 minutes.

4) Remove wings from the oven, and immediately toss in the butter garlic sauce.

How to make Raita Dipping Sauce:

1) To a small bowl, add 2 Tbsp. sour cream, 2 Tbsp. yogurt, 2 tsp SWAD green chili chutney and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix thoroughly.

2) Plate the wings with a side of raita dipping sauce & enjoy!
