- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
- Cilantro - 1 Tbsp (chopped)

Instructions
1) Cut about 250g of SWAD Paneer into 1-2 inch cubes.
2) In a bowl, combine the paneer with 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
3) Mix well and set aside to marinate while you prepare the masala.
4) In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat and add 1 large chopped onion. Sauté the onions until they become soft and translucent.
5) Next, add 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, and 3 medium chopped tomatoes.
6) Cook everything together for a few minutes until the tomatoes soften.
7) Once the tomatoes are cooked, add 1 large cubed green bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi.
8) Stir well and cook for an additional minute.
9) Gently add the marinated paneer to the pan and mix it into the masala.
10) Cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb all the flavors.
11) Once ready, garnish with 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro and serve hot with your favorite roti!
