Turkey Curry

Ingredients
4 tbsp oil
5 medium sized onion (chopped)
5 medium sized tomatoes (chipped)
3 pcs cardamom
7-8 pcs clove
1 tbsp black pepper
3 pcs cinnamon
3 pcs bay leaf
2 tbsp coriander seeds
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 pound Turkey breast (medium pieces)
1 ½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
Try out a new way to eat turkey! Made with turkey breast, this turkey curry recipe will make a great addition to your Thanksgiving feast or any meal of the year.
Instructions
1) In a pan, heat oil over medium flame.
2) Add onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
3) Add tomatoes and sauté until it releases the juices.
4) In a blender, add all the mixture of the pan and blend into a thick paste.
5) Set it aside.
6) Place a pot over medium heat.
7) Add oil, cardamom, clove, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves and give it a quick stir.
8) Add coriander seeds and quick stir again.
9) Add ginger garlic paste and turkey breast and stir well.
10) Pour in the thick paste and stir well.
11) Add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
12) Add garam masala and stir well.
13) Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 30-40 mins on medium flame.
14) Turkey Curry is now ready to serve.
