Instructions
How to Make Watermelon Basil Seed Coolers:
1) Cover 2 Tbsp of Basil Seeds with water in a small bowl and soak for at least 15 minutes.
2) In a blender, add 2 cups of watermelon chunks along with a 1 inch piece of ginger and 5-6 mint leaves.
3) If you have extra water from cutting up your watermelon, add in that juice or about 1/4 cup of additional water.
PRO TIP: If you want to make the drink sweeter feel free to add a few teaspoons of sugar!
4) Blend everything together well.
5) Strain the watermelon cooler into an ice filled glass to remove the pulp.
6) Top with soaked basil seeds and garnish with mint leaves.
