Ingredients
2 tbsp Coriander
2.5 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Ajwain
2.5 tbsp Black Salt
1 tbsp Mango Powder
1 tbsp Anardana
¼ tbsp Garam Masala
½ tbsp Black Pepper
¼ tbsp Citric Acid
1 whole Watermelon cut into small chunks
Mint Leaves for garnishing

Instructions
1) In a heated pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and ajwain and roast on medium heat.
2) Once the spices are roasted, let it cool.
3) Grind the roasted seeds and place in a mixing bowl.
4) In the same mixing bowl, add black salt, mango powder, anardana, garam masala, black pepper, citric acid and mix well.
5) Chaat masala is now ready.
6) Cut watermelon into chunks
7) Sprinkle Chaat Masala into the watermelon as desired.
8) Garnish with fresh chopped Mint leaves.
9) Watermelon Fruit Chaat is now ready.
